F1 Cosmos intermittently unavailable from Armenia

Hello! The f1cosmos.com website intermittently becomes completely unreachable on all devices connected to my home Wi-Fi in Armenia. Other websites, including your Featurebase page, continue to work normally. F1 Cosmos also works when accessed through mobile data.

After restarting my optical terminal and router, I received a new public IPv4 address. The website loaded once, but shortly afterward it stopped responding again.

I tested the connection using curl. The connection to port 443 is established successfully, the HTTPS/TLS handshake completes, and the GET request is sent, but the server returns no data. After 20 seconds, curl reports:

curl: (28) Operation timed out after 20000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

The issue persists when using different DNS servers and when forcing a connection to the Cloudflare IP addresses. Restarting the router alone does not resolve it.

Could you please check your Cloudflare/WAF settings, rate limits, and server logs for connections originating from Armenia or my ISP’s network? I can provide my current public IP address privately if needed.
